The joy and intricacies of brewing and distilling grew into a passion that strongly appealed to our scientific background.
Going through the crafting process and creating something unique and joyful not only offered the opportunity to rediscover our creative and innovative side, it also presented an opportunity to create a legacy for our family into the future. One thing led into another and here we are three years later…launching Urbanature Craft Distillery!
The Distillery
Our Distillery is located at the intersection of Lenchen Avenue South and South Street, nestled in the heart of Centurion near the Centurion Mall.
The centrepiece of our distillery is a 250-liter jacketed still with an 8-plate 6-inch column. This is where the magic unfolds, allowing us to craft some of the finest premium spirits in South Africa.
Urbanature Distilling Co is an expression of who we are. It’s our quirky, funny disposition balanced with our inherent factual scientific nature, all mixed in with a healthy appetite for adventure, and a side of rebellion. It’s perfectly orchestrated chaos masterfully translated into something tangible.
